PWCS is an information and communication technology (ICT) patent that extends to several countries, including those of the OAPI. This invention allows the deployment of highly scalable and competitive modular ICT infrastructures. PWCS can be adapted to individuals as well as operators; its deployment is very fast and less expensive because it does not require major works. It is a revolutionary telecom system that allows disadvantaged countries and rural areas to save money and improve the development of wired telephone networks and allows countries in the North to find a second technological wind. PCWS (Polyvalent Wireless Communication Systems) can be presented as a general communication system (Internet, telephone, TV, radio) without wires. It is already presented as an alternative to fiber optics.
